Find a listing

Use Search listings, Category, Condition and Location, then select Apply filters. Sort by changes the result order. Clear filters restores the full catalogue.

Categories: Equipment, Creative services, Creative goods, Other. Choose a Google town or area suggestion, select Distance, then Apply filters to search within that many miles. Without a selected suggestion, Location matches area text. Radius searches exclude listings whose sellers have not selected a location.

No listings yet means the public catalogue is empty. No matching listings means your search returned no results. If results are temporarily unavailable, try again.

Add an item as a private draft

1. Open Marketplace and select Add item.
2. Sign in if prompted. Choose your published Creative or Company seller profile explicitly.
3. Enter the title, description, category and condition. Choose an asking price in pounds, Free or Price on request. Leave the amount blank for Free or Price on request.
4. Choose a Google town or area suggestion to make your item discoverable by distance. Keep street addresses and private contact details out of your listing.
5. Select Save draft and wait for confirmation. Saving a draft does not publish it.

If a save cannot be confirmed, retry the same values. Resolve that save before starting a different draft.

Find and edit your drafts

Open My listings, then choose the seller profile used for the draft. Manage listing opens an owned draft. Save draft stores your changes privately. Preview saved draft shows the saved wording and price privately; it does not include unsaved edits or publish the item. Back to editing returns to the editor. Listings under another seller profile do not appear in the selected profile's list.

If you leave with unsaved changes or an unconfirmed save, you may see a warning. Cancel to keep editing or retry the same unconfirmed save.

Private listing photos

In My listings, open Manage listing and find Listing photos. When photo controls are available, choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP and its audience, then select Upload photo. General-audience photos appear privately in your draft. Unclassified and 18+ photos stay hidden, including from their owner.

If an upload is unconfirmed, retry the same photo and audience before starting another upload. Saving or uploading does not publish a listing.

Publish, close or withdraw

In Manage listing, review the saved version and its photos. Publishing requires completed general-audience photos and available publishing controls. Confirm the review checkbox, then select Publish listing. A private draft stays out of public search until publication succeeds.

Close listing removes a published item from discovery. Withdraw listing removes it from discovery and disables its photo and enquiry links. Each action needs its own confirmation. Editing and saving a published listing returns it to a private draft for review.

Remove photo is available on a saved draft, including for hidden photos. Confirm the photo checkbox before removing it. Retained private files still count toward the account storage safety limit. If a removal or availability action is unconfirmed, retry that same action first.
